Hey guys how are you...this is my online journal to keep myself accountable.

i have been pretty bad over the last few days i think...i had a cup of soup today...continental soup...havent left my room all day so have no excercised it off..

yesterday was a terrible day...i had 2 weetbix in the morning with normal milk and brown sugar on top...did not purge...also for lunch i had kfc...i know...I had 2 and a half pieces of chicked...with the skin on, potatoes and gravy...and a glass of pepsi...i also had 3/4's of a little 'nannas apricot pie' thing...and some tomato pieces...threw it up in the shower half an hour later...i went for a little dip in the pool...had youth that  night and jumped around quite a bit...had a plate of spaghetti and a little piece of cake with chocolate mousse...also had some lemonade...and after youth i had some onion rings from hungry jacks and a few bites of my boyfriends crispy chicken baguette thing...with some more pepsi...went home.  did not do excercises that night...also snakced on a few monte carlo biscuits...

wednesday and thursday i actually did pretty alright...i barley ate anything...had a few sticks of celery...went surfing and running and excercising with my sister...ho is also trying to loose weight...and we are keeping each other in check as much as possible...but still a bit slack...have a party tonight...will eat NOTHING...only drink...that is my goal...cannot do excercises tonight due to the party...tomorrow i have church

Will not eat anything before 1pm. Will excercise as much as i can

will excercise before bed tomorrow!!!
